5月26日 Preparing for the Next LevelIn the past few weeks God has been shifting and changing my schedule. I'm moving from a time of going out on the streets to going out in the day. I've really felt a shift, as if I have almost gone underground.
Everything that God has done in the past year is being reshaped on my inside. Literally in the past two weeks I have never felt the Lord so close or revealing so much(I will begin dialogue at a later date about it).
As far a healings go the past couple weeks, I have seen few compared to the 65 that we saw in the opening months of January. Little voices try to slip in every once in while and attempt to condem me of not getting out enough and what are people going to think. I refuse to by in to the lie that I have to perform. I am not the only annointed one, besides, I've become rather comfortable in the role. God rarely allows us to get comfortable in even what we do for Him, with out requiring us to even lose our identity in what we have been at.
Through all the healing we have seen this year, we have none the less seen defeats. These defeats become a table of instruction, whereby we can choose to dine with the Lord and he will instruct us. I have learned more from defeat and failure than I have ever expected to learn in diligence and study.
I will detail this more in the future as to why, but in the past year - we have prayed for a number of people in wheelchairs that did not come out. On of our family members of our team has lost vision in and eye and we have seen little effect to this day of healing coming. And two weeks ago I watched a young man pass away after valiant prayers were lifted up in response to his liver and kidney faillure(However I was the last person to lead him in a prayer to receive Christ!).
In simple terms for now, the Lord has been teaching me that we are in a war against darkness, and the rules of engagement are far different that I have imagined. I look forward to sharing this particular insight as it begins to make a lot more sense out of why things happen the way they do without giving a cop-out phrase "It was God's sovereignty that played out!" I'm discovering we give God "credit" or a "bad name" for things that he is not responsible for - namely the sometimes the evil that comes out of situations.
All of that to say our God is a god of Reality. His desire is that heaven comes on earth -- he teaches us tp pray that -- Matthew 6:10. John 3:17/Isa. 57:14-21/ 1 Tim 2:6-7 sums up it is always God's will to heal - does't matter about the persons sin life, faith, or qualifications to receive. The devil's desire is to oppose God's kingdom coming on earth by what ever means necessary. Let's face it we are in a war to end all wars and God has taken off the sovereignty gloves and looks to use us to win this war - we are in the fight of our life. He has given us his Spirit which will teach us all truth, let the promises from scripture begin to pour though you.
Maybe I've offended you because I've mentioned God not using his sovereignty today and wanting to just use us. Maybe what you've read of out testimonies is to good to be true - that's why I've mentioned some defeats we have seen, but most of all I hope I have provoked you to find God, to call out to him, to search his scriptures and really ask him if he wants to release his power through you. It's not an overnight process - this blog site even demonstrates that. Look back through our history and you will see pattern and God has taught us his way over the past year.
To close with a high note and a little testimony.
Last May God began to open up healing to us. It has excellerated to the point of over 400 people have been healed in some form or fashion. That season began with a place of intersession and pressing God for his promises. Up to the point of when it broke out it began to burn in our bones that God was about to unleash his power on us.
I'm here to say that we are once again in that place. We have gone into intense time of prayer and study for miracles, signs, and wonders. Once again our bones are aching for the unleashing of his power upon us - we have yet to see what these are, but I feel a reality of it beginning to sink in as it draws nearer. Many of us are having dreams like we have never had before, scriptures are begining to bring revelation as we have never seen before. The clouds are over head and the rain has begun to fall, we await the might flash of His power to strike and the boom of his voice to resound like thunder in our land!
--Today during our youth services we saw God heal seven people. Starting with foot issues from a surgery a week ago - all numbness left and a pink color returned to the foot. A broken pinky had all pain completely leave and regain full motion, another pinky that had been jam had all pain leave with a restoration of motion, symtoms of the flu completely subsided, symtoms of a cold completely left, a word of knowlegde of a shoulder injury saw continous pain for 26 year go, and pain in a back from a sports injury completely left! Not to mention what our friends saw yesterday. A woman in a wheelchair for 10 years with fibro myalgia and arthritus had all pain leave her body and she began to walk and dance! 5月20日 Living in TensionI love the tension we live in with God. On one hand we are utterly weak and broken and cannot move and the other is we have been given the fullness of the Lord and the Inheritance of his Kingdom now! Where are we on the floor or taking the land? Both I hope, you can't have the kingdom without the king, and you can't know the King if you can't wait. Our brokenness is in direct proportion to the amount we need to lay before and know him and discover how much of his Kingdom we have to inherit. Then and only then can we rise and take the land in his strength, not our own where we get broken all over again. 5月19日 A Challenge To Be ReadyWe have this great salvation living in our members. Literally the fire of God lives in us and everywhere we go the fire of God in us affects every situation we step into. If we were prepared as Paul tells Timothy to be prepare in season and out to speak the word of God. Then when we recognize the affects of the fire we bring, if we are ready no matter the time, we can watch for the clues and speak the word of God into them, that will carry alot of relavance to who you are sharing with.
